We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 8-20 business days from the date that it is placed.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however we will do our best to support your request.
It normally takes 3-10 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays an weekends.
Shipment takes 5-35 business days to arrive, please refer to the checkout page for various shipping times to international destinations.
*Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping. Rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address. Customs clearance procedures or other causes.
* Please inform us within one month of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
We high recommend that customers purchase a tracking number and shipping insurance during the check out for peace of mind when waiting for their package.
Kindly note that all packages are shipped from different Warehouses. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.

Departure from outward office of exchange
Sometimes, you will only get one of this tracking status. Both of them mean that your order 'left China and en route to destination country".
For orders to most countries, those status are the last ones. China post won't update it anymore.
Held by Customs
Take it easy, it doesn't always mean that the customs seize your parcel. It also means that your parcel is processing in customs now, it will release sooner or later.
Departure from transit office of exchange
Unfortunately, your order was returned back to China. We appreciate your contact us to get the solution.

You didn't receive your order, but it shows that it is delivered, if you google it, this city belongs to China. Unfortunately, it means that it didn't go through China airport security, this order has been signed for by post office and will be returned to us.
